She discussed licensing requirements and best practices for becoming a real estate sales agent or broker; retail market statistics and trends in Prince George’s County; the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the local and national industry; explained many complex terms, and addressed potential risks factors associated with a variety of topics such as reverse mortgages, ibuying (without agents), and new credit score criteria.
